When a caller dials in to a User's Virtual
Number, they are greeted with IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
system. The caller may then simply start a fax transmission
or Press 1 to send a Voice Message. If a fax is received,
the faxed is delivered to the User's email inbox as a Tiff
attachment, if a Voice Message, the message is delivered
to the User's email inbox as a Wave file.
